Bookstore Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your book purchase at Slow Burn Books. If you need to return or exchange a book, please carefully review our return policy below:

1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:

A valid original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Books can only be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

The book must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. It should be unmarked, unopened, and free from any damage or wear.

All merch is final sale.​

All discounted books and used books are final sale.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our store in person along with the original receipt.

Our staff will inspect the book to ensure it meets the return criteria.

If the book is eligible for return or exchange, you will be provided with options for a refund or an exchange.

 

3. Refund Options:

For returns within 15 days of purchase, you can choose to receive a:

• Full refund in the original form of payment.

• Store credit to be used for future purchases.

 

Please note that Slow Burn Books reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met.
